Thank you so much for the video in this model, it was a great help when I opened it up to see what was wrong. I’ll definitely be buying you a beer when this is all over! Now that it’s open, I see I need to replace the belt but I’m also a bit worried that the drum feels stiff to turn by hand. I checked each of the jockey wheels and they spin freely so I wonder whether the felt seals are worn or clogged. In any case to replace the belt I think I need to get the drum loose so will inspect them. For this model, should I get to the drum from the front or the back of the machine?
