Hello, I have seen many of your videos but none show how to remove the paddles from my Hotpoint NSWM 1045C W UK N washing machine, neither do any others on the internet. Are you able to help?
I have seen most allow you to release the paddle by pressing down through the third hole. However this doesn’t seem to happen on mine?

Quick bit of advice please and possibly an easy sale: have a broken paddle in our Zanussi washing machine and can’t seem to get it off using the traditional method, have done a video here:

Display board is fine and can select desired wash settings. The padlock light remains on (although door is firmly sealed shut) and no longer goes off (with a click) so program can begin. First few times would eventually begin with a few bangs to door handle area but now does not work.
