SYSTEM OVERVIEW

Our customer "David" approached us with the complaint of huge energy bills and they were getting more and more expensive by the year. We initially visited his home in The Algarve, Faro, Portugal to do a full assessment. We installed an "efergy engage" energy monitor. The energy monitor allowed us to discover how much energy was being used and at which times of the day it was being used.

From this information we recommended the installation of a Solax Hybrid X3 10kW with 22 X 260W Perlight Polycrystalline Solar Panels, 5.7kWp.  We estimate this will produce between 653kWh - 1080kWh Per Month. See the graph below.

BATTERY STORAGE

The Solax Hybrid Inverter has the option of adding a battery to the unit although at this point we have advised the customer not to install a battery at present. We noted from the information recorded that he uses a lot of energy at night to pump water from his borehole. We have advised that this operation would be better suited to happen during the day. After which we can re-evaluate the power consumption and then advise if adding a battery to the system would be advantageous.

The System

"Step into the world of renewable energy with a closer look at the Solax Hybrid Inverter installation process. This sleek and efficient system seamlessly integrates solar power into your home, making it an exciting venture for eco-conscious homeowners.

Connecting the Solax Hybrid Inverter is a task that holds both simplicity and significance. While it won't demand more than a few hours of installation time, it's crucial to entrust this job to a qualified professional for a seamless experience.

During the installation journey, the initial step involves connecting the energy meter to the meter tails of the property. This may seem like a small detail, but it plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every ounce of electricity flowing in and out of your home can be precisely measured. Not only does this provide valuable insights into your energy usage, but it also enables the Export Limitation Features of the inverter to function optimally.

The Solax Inverter, the heart of this solar power system, is linked in parallel with the home's grid. In practical terms, it's seamlessly integrated into the consumer panel. Moreover, your photovoltaic (PV) solar panels are seamlessly connected to the Solax Inverter. This integration is what sets this system apart as one of the most straightforward and user-friendly options available.

As you embark on your solar journey, take comfort in knowing that the Solax Hybrid Inverter is designed to simplify your transition to sustainable energy, all while ensuring precision, efficiency, and reliability in your power generation and consumption. Welcome to the future of clean, renewable energy with Solax."
