AEG T97689IH3 Heat Pump Condenser Tumble Dryer from 2015 with error code E50

Hi, I am electric engineer and I'm sure I could replace what ever is faulty, but...actually I don't know what is this..can you help me please?

I will try and help with AEG T97689IH3 Heat Pump Condenser Tumble Dryer.

If your AEG Tumble dryer displays the error message E50, it indicates a motor or software problem. This applies to vented dryers, condenser dryers and heat pump dryers.
You can try and reset the appliance to clear the fault.
Remove the plug from the socket, wait 30 seconds and then plug it in again (The same result may be achieved by using the safety switch).
After plugging in the appliance, switch it on and select a program.
