Bosch Nexxt 300 E:01 error code

Hi… Just watched your video on changing the door lock or interlock for a washer. I have a Bosch Nexxt 300 and I got the error message E:01. Read as many places I could search out that it’s a door latch issue. Just came across your YouTube video. Are you familiar with the E:01 message for Bosch? Could it possibly be related to other functions involving control panels. Read somewhere that it may? Also, if it is just the door latch could you please tell me where I could find the item to order?
