Fridge freezer is not getting cold in the fridge
My Fridge freezer is not getting cold in the fridge, have you any ideas what could be the problem, Mahmud
Hi Mahmud there is a few things you need to check first,
- if you have a frost free type Fridge Freezer it might be the auto defrost system that is not working correctly, try defrosting the Fridge Freezer for 48 hours with booth doors open then restart it and if the fridge gets cold after a few hours this would point to the defrost system not working correctly.
- If you have a normal type Fridge Freezer you need to check that the freezer is at a minimum temperature of -14 if it is not this cold then you may have a gas leak. This is not a DIY job you will have to seek the help from a refrigeration engineer
