Smeg suk91mfx5 Oven not getting hot

Hi, I am having a issue with the oven not getting hot. The grill mode still works and the fan works but on fan oven it's not getting hot. The base of the oven is getting hot if I touch the base. What part do I need to buy to fix the oven please. The oven is a 90cm wide.Regards,Matt

Good afternoon Matthew I'm sorry for the late reply​. I have added two videos below to help you test the element and also a video to show you how to remove it. There was a couple of different elements fitted to this cooker and I put the genuine and patent part below so after you have tested it you will be able to easily find it and replace it.
