Hi There, i live on my boat and i am looking for some solar panels to help keep the batteries charged. i am based in Lisbon, Portugal. I think i have enough space for two panels. Thanks

I will try and help with this problem...

You are going to need solar panels, charge controller and some accessories for the installation.

The solar panels are connected to the charge controller. The charge controller regulates the power coming from the solar panels. The charge controller connects to the battery. I would also advise adding an MPPT Control to the system, this is a remote monitor which displays whats happening with the charge controller.

I have listed all the parts you require on the right hand side. I have also attached a diagram below.
