What washing machine would you buy?

Many thanks for your call and email – you save me wasting a lot of time. If you had £600 to £800 to spend on a new washing machine what would you buy?

I am not up to date on new appliances but i will say this
1st i like the lg and Bosch electrics from an engineer’s view.
2nd make sure that the bearings are changeable in the machine
3rd insist on 2 year guarantee they have it on all appliances in Europe why they con us in the uk I don’t know
4th i would not buy any standard appliance with bigger drum than 7kg i have seen too many bearing sets fail in less than 3 years
5th aim to spend no more than about £450
