The propeller on the drain pump went off so the whole drain pump needs to be changed. I have ordered one from your site and am currently looking at how to do the job myself. Beko WDR7543121 E13 error motor not turning
I have a fault with my washing machine it is coming up with E13 error code, the drum is not turning and I cannot select any program, would it be possible for you to have a look at the machine to see if you can find the problem
