Fan oven not heating up,fan is working,light is coming on.Have removed the element and tested it and it is working. Is there an internal fuse?

Hi wiz if your Hotpoint DHS53X Double Oven is not heating or tripping the electric supply there is a good chance that the fan oven element has blown.
