I will try and help with this problem for AEG SANTO De-frost heater open circuit
The defrost heating system that you require is only sold with the Matrix, this means you have to buy the whole unit to get the defrost element which I think is crazy you may be able to remove the heater off The Matrix and transfer that to the other one. I hope this helps you but there is nothing I can do with the part as it is only supplied by the Electrolux group

Hi need a defrost Element for AEG SKK81826ZC. 923 586 014 – 00. Fridge will not defrost, tested old element, circuit open. Thanks Scott
