Good morning this sounds like the heating system is not working correctly part number 522 or 521 in the diagram below or possibly you will need to service the machine clean the filters and make sure all the ducting system is working perfectly, there is a video on the website to show you how to service condenser tumble dryers I have also put a full exploded diagram of your tumble dryer with all the spare parts that you will ever need and some useful videos below
