Zanussi ZWI2125 Washing Machine fills but drum doesn’t seem to turn as per normal

Cycle first became incomplete during a random wash.Clothes wet but no cycle.Showed error code E13 (water leak detected) after a diagnostic check as per your video.There is absolutely no water egress from the machine.Carried out the functionality check around the dial as per your video and all appeared well across the cycle.Cleared the code and then tried a normal wash.The water appears to enter the machine and the drum as per normal but the drum turn cycle does not appear to begin.Any ideas or help would be most welcome.RegardsPaul

Error E13 means there is a water leakage issue if you're lucky this could be relatively simple to fix, for example, if the drain hose is incorrectly positioned then it could cause a leak. It may also be that the machine is not filling with enough water during the designated period for that. Please close the water supply and disconnect the hose from the machine, on the machine there is a plastic mesh filter, check if it clear of dirt, ssmc snd small debris. Sometimes when there is work on the main pipes on the street, especially after a rupture, water with dirt can clog the intake filter. Another test you can do is while the machine is filling is to open the soap drawer and put water in to fill the machine. If the machine fills up with water just fine but it does not rotate then it might be worth checking the carbon brushes on the machine itself as if they are worn out they will not pass enough. power to the motor to make it rotate.
