Hi Paul O’Riordan i think you mean model zwf1012w seal you have only two choices fit through the door hole or take drum out sorry on this model, i have done it many times but i show in the videos me taking the front of so people can see.but it is very hard if you have not done

Hi pierre there are many thing this could be start by checking everything is ok, check the brushes are good then make sure the machine has good water supply and is filling check pump for blockage. if all these are good then there is a chance that the lock maybe faulty.
