Hotpoint WMBF742P washing machine is not emptying
The washing machine does not empty nor spins. Clothes are stuck wet inside. I’ve looked into the pump filter but don’t see anything jammed in there.

I have a Hotpoint washing machine the model number is wmbf742pukm is I put some work clothes in the machine and I’ve taken a nick out of the door seal I am looking for the correct seal for this machine and can you tell me if you are able to also supply me a set of carbon brushes as when I was looking at the machine working I could see some sparking from underneath
