There is a chance the machine can overfill when testing the water valves or the Machine could overheat when testing the heater. Also when entering the test mode make sure the drum is empty

Hi Heidi I would check for motor faults first the carbon brushes on your Beko WM7355S they could need changing, see videos below. Hi PiarasI would check for movement in the bearings on the drum also if the machine is not emptying in correct amount of time this can cause the machine to shake, see videos below. I have also included some useful links hereif you need spares for this model you will need model and serial number
