Hi there,

My condenser dryer runs for a few minutes then stops with all all LEDs flashing with a beeping sound. Ive watched your video on how to fault find and it appears that I have no continuity over one of the thermostats at the rear. Please can you advise on this so I can be sure I purchase the right replacement part from you.

Many thanks

Tim

How much is a relay for this model pls

Hi,
I replaced the main board for my Hoover tumble dryer. It was advised to run the self diagnosis test before taking the dryer to use after replacing the main board. However, the machine won’t do that even though I try doing it following the intructions that came with the new main board:
-Turn the program selector knob 2 steps in clockwise sense from the OFF position.
-Push and hold the first option button to the left of the display. That should turn ALL LEDs on and the display should show the last thtee digits of the Eeprom Code in memory. THAT DOESN’T HAPPEN.
-Within 3 seconds from the moment all LEDs are ON, push the Start/Pause button. But as tje LEDs won’t go ON, it doesn’t help to push the button either.

Just to say I sent amessage asking which was the right part for my tumble dryer. I have found it thank you. Please disreagard my request. thankyou Carrie

Start pause button flashing red with 3 beeps. The machine will run if you turn the dial and quickly press start. It then beeps regularly (5-10min?) through the cycle. If you do not press start quickly it will flash red and beep and will not start.

The machine has a 30min cycle that does not use the “auto dry sensor” once in this cycle it completes with no beeps or red light.

So my suspition is the “auto dry sensor” or related fault.

Was hoping you could inform me how to enter diagnostic and test this?

Waring light keeps flushing and condenser has been thoroughly cleaned as well as the inside of the machine.I am stumped, any help appreciated as it is a cracking Tumble Dryer and have only had to replace a belt up till now. Thanks

Keeps flashing up err15 code. tried unplugging for 10 mins but doesn’t clear error so think I need to do a reset but dont know where the reset switch is located. I think it has tripped due to me not emptying/cleaning the condensor unit recently because when I checked the unit it was pretty full of fluff and also feathers/down that had come off a duvet cover being used on a new feather duvet so I assume it has caused it to overheat and trip the sensor??? Can you jut tell me how to do the reset so I can eliminate that as the reason?? many thanks.
