Falcon 110FSD Fan oven is constantly smoking from fat spattered over oven, I cleana it often but it makes no difference. (Ventilation is fittted and used)

Fat is spattered all over the cooker at every use, is the fan at fault?

I will try and help with this problem with your Falcon 110FSD Fan oven

This is a very difficult one for me to help as I do not have the oven in front of me to see what is going on, but by your description, it seems like the fan might be too strong, on this occasion I would suggest you contact the manufacturer as this may be a design flaw, the smoke that you are describing is burning on the side panels or on the element but how the fat is getting there I am unsure because I cannot see the Cooker
