Hi Sean

Have you checked the pump unit for Blockages, and made sure the float switch works correctly, although these videos are note on your make the principal still applies if the water container is not getting full then there is a good chance that there is a blockage on one of the systems this may be the pump or a drain hole links below to video repair guides .

I will need the long number on the identification plate to be able to find the parts for you when you find out the fault
