Firstly, please see below a picture of a Welling HXGM41 Electric Motor & Carbon Brushes.

Please pay particular attention to the angle of the carbon brushes.

I have added a link below to buy the correct carbon brushes from our website, i have also added some videos on how to install the carbon brushes.
