Hello there,
I turn on the oven, the fan comes on but no power light or heat from the element. The fan continues to work with the door open and the door switch being operated. Are these symptoms of a failed element.

Hi there I have oven after 1min it Tripp’s and gone off can u help me with that what is the problem

Whilst oven control knob was knocked heavily by accident shaft snapped off and knob fell to the floor. Need to know correct part required.

hi can i replace the fan without getting the back of the oven

Thermostat light is on but top oven is very slow to warm.
Is it the thermostat or the element at fault? Thanks

Our oven seems to trip the electrics if we use the top oven in conventional oven mode.
All other modes – bottom fan oven and top grill – work as normal.

QUESTION – My Hotpoint oven is not maintaining proper temperature, not getting to the correct temperature i have set it too.

QUESTION – Everything in my Hotpoint oven comes out undercooked. For instance, frozen pizza, instructions say bake 18-20 minutes at 220 degrees. I let oven preheat thoroughly to 220 degrees (I wait about 10 minutes just to be sure), cook for 20 minutes on center of lower rack. The side of the pizza that was closer to the rear of the oven is visible slightly more cooked, but in general the cheese has melted etc. Yet biting into the pizza, parts are not warm

Hi, my Hotpoint oven is not heating correctly, not heating to the correct temperature that I want and also is making a strange noise.

Why my Hotpoint oven SA2540HBL is overheating and turns off? Bought it in 2018 never ad a single issue. Can you please help me Many thanks.
