Have installed new heating elements complete with stats. Have checked relays on control module, (all OK).Have checked float switch and pump,(all OK).
Could it be humidity strip although looks good? Anything else that could hold off the heaters? At wits end so any help would be greatly appreciated.

no water in tray. drum gets hot ,have changed pump but still nothing. There is a tapping sound from right of machine which dont know if that got anything to do with it. im at a loss.

Gets hot, drum turns but not drying clothing. No water collected in top draw. I have just fitted a new pump

Appliance tumbles and works but only blows cold air. The filters are clear and there’s no water blocking the pump etc. Any help appreciated.

When changing belt wiring connections came off timer and start switches

Metal sensor strip caught up in clothes & snapped off.
How can I gain access to attach a new one. Do you sell the part I need? Does one end attach to a spade connector?

Hi Paul – my tumble drier is taking ages to dry but it has stopped collecting water in reservoir – it is bond dry. The condenser is wet so something is wrong. The condenser is cleaned regularly. Any advice – I will definitely buy you a pint if you can help. Thanks Lorraine

The water drawer has barely any water in it when I use the dryer, there is water coming out from below a sponge at the bottom at the back. I live in Kearsley, Bolton so wondered if I could get the part to fix it from you as I know you’re local and have found you via YouTube. I emailed yesterday and called several times but the line is constantly engaged.
