    Hello,

Can you help? I have a BEKO washing machine. I plugged it in to start a wash and it knocked the electric trip in my house off. I turned the trip back on again, there is power going to the machine, and the door is locking, there are lights on the dash of the machine to select which wash I want to use, when I press the start button the machine will not start. Im not sure what would be wrong as there is power and water going to the machine and the door is locking as if the machine is going to start the cycle. would you know?

I have changed the carbon brushes on my Beko washer as the other ones were worn out. I did this after watching your video. I had to turn the machine on its front to get access to the motor and now it lights up but shows the wrong time for rinse and spin and won’t work at all. After changing the brushes I had it working on a gentle wash to try it out without any clothes in but it stopped when it had 16 mins to finish and went no further, so I tried to rinse and spin and it is doing nothing. Please help as I have no hope of getting an engineer because of the covid 19 .
    Many thanks Brenda.
