I will try and help with this problem Beko WMB81445 Washing machine F13 error code
F13 error fault code is a motor-related fault. It's either the motor itself or the control board at fault, which is more common.
But its worth having a look at the circuit board for any bad connections, only do this if you are competent with electrics as there large capacitors on the circuit board which are dangerous.

Please can you help me !
I have a Beko WM8063CW. It suddenly stopped spinning today and I don’t know why.
I have checked the filter and the pump propeller is spinning and it pumps water out fully.
I have run the diagnostics as per your video and it fills and drains but still the drum does not turn at all.
I can hear it clicking trying to change programme but the drum still stays static
What would your advice be especially as I have had no problems up to now and this has only suddenly happened today

Hi,
I have a WMB81445 and having run the self test I get the 0417 code at the start. All the non drum move tests appear to be working but non of the drum moves. I tried turning drum manually when it should (by removing top cover) to check it wasn’t just a starter capacitor fault but no joy.
Any ideas ?
