drum wont turn or spin, did a diagnostic check and it comes up with error code E11

I will try and help with this problem on the beko WME8227B washing machine.

When you get this ​fault ​e11 ​it is usually​ the carbon brushes in the motor which is the most common fault. I would watch the video below on how to remove the motor and check the carbon brushes I have also listed the available Parts depending on which type of motor you have

E11 is Motor error detected

  • Check motor
  • Check wiring
  • Check motor triac on control PCB
  • Check PCB

    thanks for the advice and help videos.
    such a fantastic service, and on a public holiday too!
    I will get chance to check the brushes later in the week and order the relevant parts if necessary.
