Haier thermocool HWM60-12699 washing machine does not spin
I will try and help with this problem on your Haier thermocool HWM60-12699 washing machine.
We are not very familiar with top loading Washing machines, but from what you describe it seems to be the same problem with most conventional machines not spinning. This will be the carbon brushes on the motor that are worn and need replacing. I could not find the correct carbon brushes for this model. If you remove them from the motor and send us some pictures we might be able to help out.
