Hotpoint WF541 1400 washing machine spin flashing lights
I looked at your video and the capacitor is doomed but other parts are sooted.I would like to send this board to you for possible repair with quote for repair or price for new board.Please advise if his is something you can offer.

I will try and help with your Hotpoint WF541 1400 washing machine problem
The soot is from the carbon inside the capacitor that leaked as vapour/powder and sooted the components around. That is no problem. You can brush or dust the soot off with an air compressor. Replacing the capacitor should fix the board, unless any other components look faulty.
We do not offer a repair service for printed circuit boards, but you can easily buy a working/repaired one from the link we included in the pcb picture.
