Indesit Washing Machine Xwd71252wuk Drum not spinning at all and sometimes it spin.

Once i power on the machine and try to start washing it accept my command but refuse to spin but sometimes it does spin but the speed is very slow and that spinning is once in a blue moon so i prefer to say it's not spinning at all

I will try and help with this problem Indesit Washing Machine Xwd71252wuk 

the motor that was used on this machine was either  C00141663  or   C00320474  

the manufacturer's part list below does not actually list the carbon brushes for these motors but I have done some research and I can see that they are welling Motors so please check and I have put a link to the carbon brushes you need below
