Neff S51M63X2GB/50 Door spring has broken

Hello, how do I get to the back of my integrated dishwasher in order to replace a broken spring/string? The door keeps crashing down when we open it as it's not controlled. thanks

I will try and help with this problem with your Neff S51M63X2GB/50 dishwasher

You will need to pull the dishwasher out​ and then remove the side panels this will give you access to the spring and also the cables that attach to the door​.Please watch the video tutorials below to help you with your repair.

    Hi Paul,

    I have an integrated Neff Dishwasher S51M63X2GB and the door cable has snapped. I just got it out to see, and found the anchor point for the spring has also broken. This seems to be moulded plastic and part of the whole side! Is it worth replacing the spring cord or…?
