I will try and help with this problem with your Automatic washer dryer V5340X2GB
E-Nr Number V5340X2GB/07
hi after doing a bit of research I found out the genuine part number is 00615053 these are quite expensive from Neff but this motor Was also fitted two other makes of machine-like Hotpoint the Alternate Part Number are 615053, 5045174840767, 615053, 5045174840767, 482000023016, 691913525, C00196554, D966118
I have put some links here to the genuine and the none genuine version there's also a link below to assist you with replacing the carbon brushes the video will show you exactly what to do. there is also a full list of parts below pull this make of machine

Spare parts for Neff v5340x2gb/07
The none genuine version are C00196554 which are much cheaper
