Hi Paul . I have this Zanussi from a year and half now PNC nr 925993083-01. The fridge is not getting cold . I already have checked evaporator fan motor , evaporator . Everything is working in perfect order . The air duck is clear , no ice . The freezer is -23 grade . I don't know what's wrong with that . I checked on the back of the fridge where is defrost timer , there is a sensor . I do not know what role this sensor play . May be this sensor is defective . Can you help me please ?

I will try and help with this problem with your Zanussi ZRB23200XA Fridge Freezer

You will need to check all the sensors are working correctly. I have not got the tolerance levels of these available I'm sorry.
Also, check that the fan motor is working correctly if you have no ice build-up on The Matrix then it is either a problem with the flap system going into the fridge or one of the sensors is faulty as there is no air going from the freezer into the fridge

If you need any further assistance please feel free to contact me. all the best Paul.

I have a Zanussi fridge freezer model ZRB23200XA. Have had problems with the freezer frosting over and maybe the fridge not as cold as I would like but have coped with this. Now this evening the fridge is making a noise constantly that only stops when I open the fridge door. I am concerned if it is safe to leave it running. It has never done this before.
