Electrolux Chef I have replaced the fan element and the oven is not heating the thermostat light comes on

I can only help you on a limited scale as you have not given me your full model number, there must be a safety system cut out thermostat or possibly a fault with the selector switch if the thermostat light is coming on, This normally means that electricity is being directed towards the element but one of the safety features or selector switch is stopping this happening
