Zanussi Dishwasher ZDF14011WA Not heating water or air
Zanussi Dishwasher ZDF14011WA heater does not heat water or air drying. Have checked continuity of heater and changed the relays on the control board. It would appear to be a thermostat fault (not on the heater unit itself). Could you please help me out to solve this issue?

I will try and help with this problem about Zanussi Dishwasher ZDF14011WA
Hi David, dishwashers can be tricky due to their many sensors and thermostats. I've found a workshop manual and two wiring diagrams for your machine in the link below. These should help you identify the issue.
Also David it is worth noting that the wires that go from the program through the door at the bottom can sometimes suffer with metal fatigue and break internally so it is worth doing a continuity check on the wires to make sure that they haven't broken.
You'll need to trace the 240-volt supply to the heating element. It goes through the thermostats first, so check if you have 240 volts at and coming out of them. Keep in mind that some thermostats might actually be NTC sensors, despite their appearance.
Take a good look at the workshop manual, and I hope it helps. If you need more assistance, feel free to come back to us and I'll do my best to help.
