my washing machine is leaking water when it’s spinning it’s coming from underneath the machine do you know what might be leaking the machine is pumping out and empty correctly it is finishing the cycle but it does leave a lot of water on the floor

Once i power on the machine and try to start washing it accept my command but refuse to spin but sometimes it does spin but the speed is very slow and that spinning is once in a blue moon so i prefer to say it’s not spinning at all

The washing machine does not empty nor spins. Clothes are stuck wet inside. I’ve looked into the pump filter but don’t see anything jammed in there.
