        Hi Michelle   First things first you need to check the brushes on the motor its the most common fault if you have a welling motor then these are what you need if different come back to me with the motor type , I have included the video below for you to replace

    Hi Iqba  there is no filter on this model i think you need to take the pump and sump hose of to unblock i hope this help i’ve included video below to help you
