Hi Mohammed this sounds like an error fault i need to know what lights are flashing on the display panel to help you futher.

  Hi this sounds like you have a blocked pump you say you have cleaned the filter have you checked the blade turns on the pump. also check that  the pipes from the drum to the pump and also the waste including the sink connection if fitted.
