Hi Jason  it is always confusing for customers to work out which carbon brushes they need as sometimes the manufacture has fitted two different types of motor to the same model of machine during a production run.you are lucky you gave the motor type Selni motor carbon brushes are below just click on picture.also video below to

    Hi Glenn  you need to check the sump hose as well, if your pump is running then there is a blockage somewhere. ive added a video below to help you

    Hi matt   There are two ways to get access but they are limited on the space you have, take the heater out or you could drop the sump hose 

    Hi maria  if the washing machine still has water in it, this might be the problem. if fatty waste has gone down the waste hose this might be stopping the washing machine empting correctly and could be causing the problem with the door. take the fittings of under the sink and make sure the washing machine is empting

    Hi Kev  if you Bosch door is broken on the catch then you only have a couple of options try the videos below for help. also try taking the front panel of to give yourself some more space to work on the lock from behind
