    Hi Glenn  you need to check the sump hose as well, if your pump is running then there is a blockage somewhere. ive added a video below to help you

    Hi Goran  Ariston is part of the merloni group which make Ariston, Creda, indesit, Hopoint etcthere is only one way to tell if you can change the bearings on this, take the lid of and see if there are screws holding the 2 halves of drum together if not, then its is plastic welded and you have to have

    Hi matt   There are two ways to get access but they are limited on the space you have, take the heater out or you could drop the sump hose 

    Hi maria  if the washing machine still has water in it, this might be the problem. if fatty waste has gone down the waste hose this might be stopping the washing machine empting correctly and could be causing the problem with the door. take the fittings of under the sink and make sure the washing machine is empting

    Hi Kev  if you Bosch door is broken on the catch then you only have a couple of options try the videos below for help. also try taking the front panel of to give yourself some more space to work on the lock from behind
