Bosch Classixx 1200 Express All drum rotation is fast and brief.
I replaced the pump. Following this, it did a wool wash successfully. The next wash, It started Ok and then it got to a point where it attempted a fast spin with a sopping wet load. This caused it to lurch about violently. At first I suspected a damper, but they are both fine.It is now apparent that any rotation of the drum is fast and brief. No matter how much water is in the drum. So, approaching the spin cycle with a wet load, there is no gentle rotation gradually increasing in speed. It just goes straight to 3 or 4 fast rotations. It is draining properly and had no problems like this before.

I will try and help with this problem with your Bosch Classixx 1200 washing machine
Good afternoon Phil
- the first thing you need to check is let's make sure the carbon brushes in the motor are not worn out
- secondly I would like you to check the sump hose for any blockages and if the waste pipe is fitted to sink unit please check this as well.
- and if all these are good could you check the tachometer that is fitted to the back of the motor - make sure nothing has broken. I have included videos below to help you with carbon brushes and sump hose but I do not have a video on how to check the taco - this is what tells the printed circuit board what RPM the motor is doing at any point during a washer spin cycle.
please remember I cannot give you more detailed assistance unless you give me the full model number off the identification plate inside the door.
