I will try and help with this problem with your IGNIS aks 143/01 oven
There may be some clips holding it in place or the element has distorted that badly that it is difficult to get out, you will need to use a torch and have a look down the gap to see what is holding it, I cannot be much more help without having a cooker in front of me, on some models sometimes you have to take a side panel off to get at the clips
