Hotpoint TVM572 Belt snaped but grinding noise before this happend
I will try and help with this problem Hotpoint TVM572
the parts you need for this dryer are below, the noise is most probably from the back bearing and the belt is an easy change. I have added some videos below to help you.
I take it you have had the tumble dryer fixed by the manufacturer as this was one of the recalled machines
