I will try and help with this problem with your Indesit lWD145S(UK) washing machine
After having a look at this fault it is not showing an error code but I suspect that the carbon brushes in the motor may be worn out, this would be the first thing I would check, also while you're doing the job it is worth making sure you do not have any blockages on the pump system including sump hose. Hi Paul Thank you for your help and fast response. Whilst I wait for the motor brushes to arrive; I notice there is a soft rubber disc with 2 holes the disc is about the size of a 1pence, it hasn’t any lugs or anything to hold it there, so I wondered if this could cause a problem getting stuck in the pipe, and whether I could discard?

Sorry I forgot to mention The disc is situated/found between the pump and the outlet pipe.
