Neff B1322N1GB/01 Oven Top grill element not working even after a brand new grill element has been fitted

Good Morning,I have replaced the Grill element on my NEF B1322N1GB01 cooker. with a brand new part.Unfortunately it still does not work at all. It does not come on at all. Any suggestions?? For your information - The oven, its fan, its thermostat, clock, timer and light all work fine.ThanksMr C

I will try and help with this problem...

Since you changed the grill element and tested the oven element, its fan, its thermostat, clock, timer and light and they all work fine, the logic conclusion is that there is a fault with a selector switch. I have checked the exploded diagrams on Neff B1322N1GB/01 and the part number you're after is 00602729. You can buy it from us if we have it in stock or you can use the part number to search for someone who has it in stock.
