Whirlpool AWO/D 7120 washing machine will not complete diagnostic

Hi,my washing machine does not have the digital display and when i start the dianostic cycle, the red leds come, it starts the diag cycle but then all the leds go out and everything stops. Then after about five seconds the green led start lights up and dflashes as though it is ready for use. I have sent the board off to be repaired and it came back. I fitted this with a new door switch and everything was OK for weeks but now this problem has occured. can you give me any clues please.Thanks Nick

Please be aware whenever ordering parts for this model there were a few variations you will need to use your PNC number when trying to find spare parts

this is a very difficult one without knowing what is failing I can only point you in the right direction, you need to check all the components one by one I would start with checking the motor and the carbon brushes, also make sure that the heating system is working correctly, then you can do individual tests on water valves and the pump.
