My wife noticed that the door seal has a hole in it , but after I took a look at the machine I found out the reason why the seal ripped. It was because i left a load of screws in my pocket and these had damaged the seal, but the machine was not emptying. I inspected the pump and found that a screw had smashed the blade in the pump.
