• Turn the dial to the 6 o’clock position
• Press and hold down on the spin button and simultaneously turn the dial to the 7 o’clock position.
• Hold the spin button for around 5 seconds and then release.

Hi, I’ve been watching your YouTube videos, after our washing machine went through its washing cycle until it got to the rinse and spin, were it gave a loud pop or crack and tripped the fuse.
It’s a Miele W 1714, so I’m wondering if it could be worn bushes and would you keep brushes for it.
I have been advised that a new motor would be to expensive and to buy a new machine, but not miele. We couldn’t afford another miele, so it’ll be some other make, much cheaper. I think we got it in 2005.
Thanks
