Bosch wtv76100 Tumble Dryer Dies a few minutes into the cycle
HI There,
Sorry, I sent this in as a comment and then saw that I should ask the question through contact us…
Great videos. I have a bosch dryer wtv76100.It starts drying and then after about 5 minutes it suddenly dies with no warning or flashing lights. I have tested pretty much all other parts of the machine and have come to the conclusion it is probably the lnk switch on the PCB. There does not seem to be any damage but I am pretty much out of ideas at this point. I am not too handy with a soldering iron but can’t seem to find anyone who repairs boards close by… I have ordered the part and am about to dive in and was just wondering if you have any further thoughts or advice? Thanks in advance!

Bosch tumble dryer WTA74200GB not heating and finishing drying
Troubleshooting a Bosch Tumble Dryer Model WTA74200GB/07: No Heat Issue and Early Shutdown. Despite the drum rotating normally and running for about 15 minutes, my Bosch tumble dryer fails to produce any heat, leading to incomplete drying cycles. This issue persists even though the moisture sensor, often a common culprit in drying problems, seems operational (as seen in your informative YouTube video). Additionally, I have attempted a diagnostic approach using an amperage meter, noting that the dryer only draws 170 watts of power. Could this indicate a malfunctioning heating element or thermostat? Or might it be related to other components such as the thermal fuse, drive motor and belt are all okay do you think it could be the control board? Your expert guidance on identifying and resolving this issue, including insights into the dryer’s electrical and mechanical systems, would be highly appreciated. Jim Hawthorne
