I will try and help with this problem Beko Drvs73w condenser tumble dryer
Adrian, a few issues might be happening with your tumble dryer. First, there are sensor bars inside the drum that detect moisture in the clothes. If these have a built-up film, they could give false readings to the circuit board. Make sure they're clean before looking into other problems.
There's also an NTC sensor at the front of the machine that might be faulty. However, check the sensor bars first. If your heating element is new and undamaged, a faulty relay on the circuit board could be causing the problem.
In my experience with tumble dryers, it's often simple faults that stop them from heating correctly. Don't forget to check the vent tube if it goes through a wall. Any blockages in the ducting system can cause the thermostat to give false readings, turning off the heating system early.
Watch the video I've included about cleaning and maintaining your tumble dryer. It shows you how to clean the sensor bars and keep your dryer running smoothly.
