NEW REPAIR GUIDES

FORGOT YOUR DETAILS?

I’ve just replaced the drain pump on above dishwasher but it still is not draining? Can you help advise what I may not have done or what else might be the problem? Thanks

Hi Paul, my DW started tripping RCD a couple of days ago then showed fault E01, removed from unit, panels off tipped back, water ran out. Tried to dry out as best as poss. Left for a day turned on it then started filling with water only then stopped and showed fault E15. Now starts program but pump wont engage and showing error code E23. Had control board out but no obvious issues, not wet or damaged. Hope you can help. Many thanks, P.
