AEG T97689IH3 Tumble Dryer with error E50 – Not starting at all
Hi Paul,I have this AEG tumble dryer and this A50 error appeared recently, the certified technician can't find out if the issue comes from the electronic board or the motor. Can you help me?
Stavros
I Stavros,
E50 is indeed the motor or the circuit board. From our experience it is most common to be the circuit board, more precisely a fault with the LNK 304GN link switch. If you cannot find any major component causing the problem then there's a good chance that the chip describe in the video maybe cracked or not working, before you start looking at the circuit board make sure you check the motor, the capacitor and look for any loose connections. I hope this helps you. the video mentioned is below.
